Professional Service with Ethics and Integrity
Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Deborah Kline worked for over 25 years as a consultant for several government and charitable organizations including Correctional Services Canada, Vision TV, The United Church of Canada, The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops, and Broadcasting for International Understanding. Since moving to Victoria in 1989, Deborah has continued to play a very active role in her community. When her two sons were young, Deborah volunteered with the MS Society of Victoria where she successfully chaired the island-wide Carnation Campaign for three years. She then went on to serve as Executive Director with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Victoria where she helped to launch the very successful for-profit venture, the Renew Crew, which recycles used clothing to secure funds in support of children from single-parent families. She also consulted for the BC Neurofibromatosis Foundation, where she helped to launch NF Canada; the University of Victoria; and the Veterans Health Centre of Victoria.
Deborah has come to view her work in Real Estate as a natural extension of her passionate drive to serve. She is a good listener who thrives on generating excellence in each of her collaborative endeavours. And when she isn't working as your neighbourhood REALTOR®, she enjoys playing the Celtic harp, painting, and long walks in the forest with her family and her two Shelties!
